I've found that the best way is to just recreate the content specifically for Instagram. Trust me, it looks better that way!
Currently, Facebook and Instagram don't allow for direct sharing between the platforms, but you can copy the link and share it.
To share a Facebook post on Instagram, first make sure both accounts are linked. Then, when you create a post on Facebook, you can select the option to share it on Instagram as well. Easy peasy!
Make sure your Facebook and Instagram are linked, and while posting on Facebook, just toggle the Instagram option. Voila!
