Easy! Go to Settings > General > Personalization > My home Xbox. Set the console as your 'home Xbox' to share games with anyone who uses it.

You can share your digital library with a friend by making their Xbox your home Xbox and vice versa. Just be sure to trust the person!

From my experience, the My home Xbox setting is the easiest. Swap it between yours and a friend's console when needed!
