You can share your PlayStation Plus subscription by setting your PS4 or PS5 as the primary console for the account with the subscription. Go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4 or PS5 and activate it. Now, other accounts on that console can enjoy PS Plus benefits!

Just set your console as the primary for the account with PlayStation Plus, and everyone on that console will get access to the benefits. Easy peasy.
