Easy peasy! Just link your Instagram account to Facebook (Settings > Account > Linked Accounts). Then, when you post something on Facebook, select the option to share it to Instagram as well.
I always just screenshot the post and manually upload it to Instagram.
First, link your Facebook and Instagram accounts in the settings. Then, when you make a Facebook post, there's an option to share it directly to Instagram. Easy peasy!
You can do it through the Facebook app by selecting the post, clicking on the three dots, and choosing 'Share to Instagram'.
