Easy peasy! Set one console as your 'Home Xbox' and sign in with the account that has the Game Pass. Any other console can access Game Pass by just signing into that account!

I do this at home! Set one Xbox as 'Home Xbox' with your Game Pass account. Then on the second Xbox, just log in to the same account. Works like a charm!
