Simply log in with the account that has Xbox Live Gold, then set the console as your 'Home Xbox' in settings. Anyone using the same console can enjoy the Gold benefits!

From my experience, just make sure the Xbox Live Gold account is logged in on your Xbox 360, and all users on that console can access multiplayer and other Gold features.

You can't officially 'share' Xbox Live Gold on Xbox 360 like you can on Xbox One. Each account needs its own subscription.
