Shipping carded Hot Wheels without them turning into a demolition derby scene by the time they get to their destination is all about the bubble wrap and a sturdy box. First, wrap each car individually in bubble wrap. Make sure it’s snug so the cars don’t move around. Then, find a box that fits them without too much extra space. You want them cozy but not squished. Fill any extra space with more bubble wrap or packing peanuts. Seal the box with strong packing tape, and voila! Your mini racers are ready to hit the road safely.

Been shipping Hot Wheels for years and the trick is double-boxing. Wrap the cars in bubble wrap, put them in a small box, then put that box in a slightly larger box filled with packing peanuts. Never had a complaint about damaged goods!

Honestly, just toss them in a box with some newspaper and hope for the best. They’re Hot Wheels, not Fabergé eggs.
