How to Shock Roach in The Division 2
Simple! Just wait for Roach to be near one of the water puddles in the room and then shoot the pipes on the ceiling to drop water on him. Once he's wet, hit him with a Shock Trap or Shock Grenade. Enjoy the zaps!

Get Roach into water or make water fall on him, then use a Shock Trap. Easy peasy.
The trick is to lure Roach toward the water puddles, then shoot the pipes to make water fall on him. Toss a Shock Grenade his way, and boom鈥攕hocked Roach!
I got him by using a Shock Trap after making him wet with the busted pipes. Works like a charm every time!
