You gotta lead your shots. Aim slightly ahead of your target to account for both your movement and theirs. It鈥檚 like trying to hit a moving bullseye while on a rollercoaster.
Honestly, stopping to aim might be more effective unless you're in a dogfight. Accuracy while moving is pretty tricky.
From my experience, using tank destroyers with stabilized guns helps a lot. These beasts can fire accurately on the move.
