Shuffling your Pokemon TCG deck is super crucial to ensure fair play and randomness in your game. Here's a simple way to do it: start with the riffle shuffle - split your deck into two roughly equal parts and gently 'riffle' them together. Make sure to be gentle to avoid bending your cards! After a few riffles, you can also do some overhand shuffles by taking small sections of the deck from the back and moving them to the front. Repeat this process 5-7 times to really mix those cards up. And hey, always ask your opponent if they wanna cut the deck before you start the duel!

Just mash 'em together, folks. Seriously though, while being gentle, the overhand or Hindu shuffles are enough if you're casual. Competitive? Then you should probably alternate between riffle (gently!) and overhand shuffles to really randomize the deck.
Honestly, just make sure they're shuffled. All these techniques are great, but the main goal is randomness. As someone who plays a lot, I've never had an issue just doing a simple overhand shuffle and then letting my opponent cut the deck.
