I once had to reset my Roku to factory settings to sign out. It鈥檚 easy鈥擲ettings > System > Advanced system settings > Factory reset!
You actually need to unlink your Roku device from your Roku account. Just visit https://my.roku.com, sign in, select 'Unlink a device,' and follow instructions.
