Ain't no shortcuts in the life of crime, but in GTA 5 Online, you can jump straight into the action by simply creating a character and hopping into a session. The introductory mission is skippable if you've played it before on another character. Just look for the prompt to skip after the first few setups.

Honestly, the best way to skip the story is to not skip it. The tutorial missions are pretty quick and give you a smooth intro into the chaos that is GTA Online. Plus, you'll earn some easy cash and RP to start you off.

Just hit that skip option when it comes up if you've done the intro mission before. If you're totally new, you鈥檒l need to grind through it once. After that, you鈥檙e free to cause mayhem to your heart's content.

If you're a Grand Theft Auto player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
