Easy peasy! Just use the right stick on your controller to choose your slide direction. Up for a headfirst slide, down for feet first.

Hold the left trigger (L2 on PS) while running and use the right stick to control the slide direction. Practice makes perfect!

Honestly, just mash buttons until your player slides. Works for me every time!
