Smelting bars in Stardew Valley is super easy once you get the hang of it! First, you gotta make sure you have a furnace. You can craft one with 20 copper ore and 25 stone. Then, just place the ore you wanna smelt (like copper, iron, gold, or iridium) into the furnace along with the necessary amount of coal to fire it up. Wait a bit, and voila! You've got yourself a shiny new bar ready for crafting or selling.

Just throw your ore and some coal in the furnace. Wait. Grab your bar. Done.

Honestly, smelting bars is a piece of cake. I remember the first time I figured it out, I was like, 'That's it?' Just make sure you've got coal and the right ore, toss them into your furnace, and wait a sec. The game does a pretty good job of guiding you through it!
