Spawning the Bee Queen, or Queen Bee, is all part of the Terraria adventure in the Jungle biomes. You gotta find a Bee Hive which is hidden in the Underground Jungle. Inside, you'll see a large bee larva encased in a sort of honeycomb block. Smack that larva with a weapon or even a pickaxe, and voila, you've got yourself a Queen Bee fight. Just make sure you're geared up, because she's not too happy to be woken up!

Just break the bee larva in the hive, easy peasy. But maybe bring some friends, Queen Bee can be a real buzzkill solo.

Actually, you don't *need* to find a hive. You can craft an Abeemination at an anvil using honey block, stinger, hive, and bottled honey. Use it in the Jungle, and the Queen Bee will come to you, no hive smashing required.
