Spawning The Destroyer is like inviting the biggest, baddest robot worm to your Terraria party! First, you gotta craft a Mechanical Worm. You'll need 6 Rotten Chunks or 6 Vertebrae, 5 Iron Bars or Lead Bars, and 6 Souls of Night. Mix them all up at a Mythril or Orichalcum Anvil and you're good to go. Just remember, The Destroyer only shows up at night, so use the Mechanical Worm after 7:30 PM in-game time. If you're not ready for the fight, this worm's gonna turn your Terraria night into a real nightmare!

Actually, just wait for The Destroyer to come to you. Sometimes, after smashing a Demon/Crimson Altar, the game gives a message saying "The air is getting colder around you...", meaning The Destroyer will spawn naturally the next night. No crafting required! But, seriously, it's way less of a headache to just craft the Mechanical Worm and spawn it yourself whenever you feel like.

Craft a Mechanical Worm and use it at night. Simple.
