Oh, summoning the Eye of Cthulhu is pretty straightforward but thrilling! You'll need a Suspicious Looking Eye, which you can either find in chests located in the Cavern layer or craft at a Demon/Crimson Altar using 6 Lenses from fallen Demon Eyes at night. Once you've got your Suspicious Looking Eye, just use it at night (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM in-game time) and get ready for an epic showdown. Make sure you're well-prepared with decent gear and a well-structured arena. Good luck!

Honestly, don't stress too much over summoning the Eye of Cthulhu. If you can't find or craft a Suspicious Looking Eye, just keep playing. The Eye has a chance to spawn naturally at night once you've reached a certain level of health and equipment. It's like the game's way of saying, 'You're ready for a boss fight!' So, keep gearing up, and the battle will come to you.
