Head to your settings and manually set your DNS to something like Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). This tweak sped up my downloads significantly.
Pause other downloads or updates, close any running games or apps, and consider setting your PS5 to Rest Mode while downloading. It seems to streamline the process!
