I found that balancing between combat and social skills gives the best experience. Don’t forget to invest in Obfuscate if you like sneaking around!
Focus on your favorite clan's strengths. Toreadors? Put points in Charisma and Appearance. Brujah? Pump up Strength and Brawl!
Who needs points? Just avoid fights and talk your way through everything!
