Easiest way? Just play realistic battles (RB) and practice your spotting skills. It's challenging but soooo rewarding when you finally see that sneaky tank first!
Use your binoculars! They give you a wider view and help you spot those pesky tanks hiding behind cover. Keep an eye out for movement and use the mini-map to your advantage.
Get to high ground, deploy those optics, and scan the horizon. Tanks love to hide in bushes and buildings, so look for unusual shapes and shadows.
