Starting to date in Stardew Valley is all about building friendships! First, you gotta chat with your chosen villager almost every day. Major key: give them gifts they love (twice a week is the max). Each villager has their faves, so do some homework. After you hit a high enough friendship level (8 hearts for dating, folks), bam! Give them a 'Bouquet' from Pierre's shop to officially start dating. Keep those gifts and chats coming to avoid a breakup!

My strategy? I beeline to the wiki to check the best gifts for my Stardew sweetheart. Then, it's gift-giving galore till we hit those 8 hearts. Works every time!

Hot take: Just focus on one villager at a time. Trust me, juggling more than one relationship in Stardew is harder than real life. Find out what gifts your crush loves, shower them with those, and you're golden.

If you're a Stardew Valley player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
