As someone who's been through it: open your Codex, select Once Awake, and follow the objectives. You'll be knee-deep in infested baddies in no time!

To start Once Awake, open your Codex, go to the Quest tab, and select Once Awake. Then, follow the quest markers. Easy peasy!
