To kick off The Big Dig in Fallout 4, head over to Goodneighbor and find a ghoul named Bobbie No-Nose in a back alley. She's holed up in a place called The Dig. Just walk up and chat with her to start the quest. Prepare for some action and bring your best gear, cause you're gonna be digging deep!

lol just talk to bobbie. she's pretty hard to miss with that nose of hers... or lack thereof. Goodneighbor's where it's at.

Honestly, stumbled upon The Big Dig by accident while exploring Goodneighbor. Bobbie No-Nose just kinda pulls you into her scheme. Interesting quest, definitely recommend!

Make sure you've visited Goodneighbor first. Can't start digging if you don't know where the shovel is, right? Bobbie No-Nose hides in the shadows of The Dig, waiting for an adventurer like you.
