To station crew at an outpost, open your outpost menu, select the crew tab, and assign crew members to specific tasks. Easy peasy!
I simply opened the outpost management screen, navigated to the crew section, and dragged the crew members to the outpost I wanted them at. Worked like a charm!
Just use the outpost control panel and assign your crew in the crew tab. Almost like magic ;)
Assigning crew at outposts is kinda tedious, but you can do it through the outpost management interface.
