Easy peasy! First, sneak up to the landed ship while staying out of sight. Once there, interact with the ship's ramp or door to gain access. Finally, take control of the ship from the cockpit!
You gotta be sneaky and fast. Approach the ship quietly, get in, and take off!
I actually did this! I hid behind some crates, waited for the right moment, and then rushed in when no one was looking. Managed to fly off with the ship without a hitch!
