To get close to your opponent, use the dash (tap forward twice) or sidestep around them. Get ready to mix it up!
Just dash or use forward movements to approach鈥攂ut be ready to block, 'cause your opponent might be waiting with a counter.
Practice using wavedashing (repeated crouch dashes) with characters like Kazuya or Jin to close the gap efficiently!
I usually use moves that advance my character forward, like WGF with Kazuya or Hwoarang's strings. Works for me!
