You can try resetting your controller by pressing the small button on the back near the L2 button with a paperclip. This sometimes resolves the drift issue.

I had the same issue with my DualSense. I fixed it by updating the firmware through the PlayStation settings. Worth a shot!

Cleaning the analog sticks with isopropyl alcohol and a soft cloth can help remove any dirt or debris causing the drift.

Use compressed air to blow out any dust or particles stuck in the joystick mechanism. Be careful not to blow too hard!

Honestly, sometimes the best solution is to just get a new controller if the drift is too bad. It happened to me and it was worth it.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
