I've had this issue before. Sometimes it's fixed by going into the Xbox settings and adjusting the chat mixer. Make sure it's set to reduce the volume of other sounds.

Check if you or your friends have an open mic. You might need to mute and unmute to reset things. It works for me!

Echo? Just use push-to-talk. Problem solved.

If you're using a wireless headset, ensure it's fully charged. Low battery can sometimes mess with the mic and cause echoes.

First, make sure your mic isn't too close to the speakers. It can cause feedback loops. Also, try lowering your headset volume.

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
