Make sure everyone in the party is using headsets instead of speakers. Also, check that your headset mic isn't too close to your TV speakers.

I had this issue before. Make sure your controllers and headsets have the latest firmware updates. Solved it for me!

Don't use cheap or worn-out cables. Invest in good quality audio cables鈥攊t really helps.

It's probably your mic sensitivity. Adjust it in the settings to a lower level.
