You'll need a reinforcement panel or two. Install them on weak walls using lithium and titanium. Strengthening your base's hull will prevent future floods!

Of course, you could just embrace the flood and call your base an aquarium. Just kidding, but seriously, reinforcing the walls and repairing breaches should do the trick.

Reinforce your base with as much hull integrity as possible. Trust me, I learned the hard way when my entire bioreactor room became a new pool for my Peeper fish.

Patch those holes pronto! Keep a few titanium and silicone rubber on hand to craft Repair Tools. Once you have it, find the leaks and seal them up before your base turns into the Atlantis of the alien world!
