GTA SA crashing? Try running it in compatibility mode for an older version of Windows and always run as administrator. Also, check if your graphics drivers are up to date; outdated drivers often cause crashes. If it's modded, one of the mods could be causing the crash, so try removing mods to see if that fixes it.

Just delete and reinstall the game, works like a charm every time. Remember to back up your saves first!

Lower your graphics settings in the game. GTA SA isn't new, but on modern PCs, sometimes dialing the settings down a bit can stop the crashes. Weird but true in my experience.
