First, check your power settings! Go to Settings > Power Saving Settings > Set Time Until PS4 Turns Off, and adjust the options there.
Try rebuilding the database. Turn off the PS4 completely, then hold the power button until you hear two beeps (about 7 seconds) to enter Safe Mode. Select 'Rebuild Database' from the menu.
If none of those work, consider checking if the power cable or outlet is faulty. You might need to replace the cable or try a different outlet. Worked for me!
