How to Stop Reels on Facebook
To stop reels on Facebook, you can tap the three dots on the top right of the reel and select 'Hide Reel.' You can also adjust your video preferences in Settings to limit the appearance of reels in your feed.

If you're tired of seeing reels, just hit the three dots on the reel and select 'Hide Reel'—simple as that!
I've done this myself: go to Settings > Video > Autoplay and turn off the option. It really helped reduce the amount of reels I saw!
