Just ignore them. Facebook's algorithm will catch on and show you fewer Reels over time.
I found success by adjusting my feed preferences. Go to Settings > News Feed > Manage Preferences, and tweak your settings there!
Use the 'See less' option! Just tap the three dots next to a Reel and choose 'See less.' It works like a charm!
