First, try unsubscribing using the link at the bottom of their emails. If that doesn't work, mark them as spam in your email app.

From personal experience, unsubscribing from their emails worked for me. Just scroll to the bottom of one of their messages and hit 'unsubscribe.' Easy peasy!
