Switch to windowed mode before streaming. Full screen can sometimes cause this problem, so just shrink that game window a bit.
Make sure you've got the right permissions in the server and that your graphics driver is up to date. Discord usually needs those to play nice with your screen!
Why not just share the application window instead of the whole screen? It's often smoother and avoids black screens.
Disable hardware acceleration in Discord settings. It can sometimes mess things up, so give it a try and see if it helps.
