How to Summon Cthulhu in Terraria
Ah, summoning the Eye of Cthulhu, are we? First, you'll need either a Suspicious Looking Eye at night or a 1/3 chance each night once you have at least 200 HP, 10 defense, and have either defeated the Eater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu or have smashed at least one Crimson Heart/Shadow Orb. Craft the Suspicious Looking Eye using 6 Lenses at a Demon/Crimson Altar. Just make sure you summon it before midnight to have enough time to defeat it!

just smash some hearts or orbs, get gear, and use the eye thingy at night. if ur strong enough, itll pop up to fight.
Honestly, summoning Cthulhu's eye is overrated. Just build a cool base instead.
