How to Summon Fishron in Terraria
Summoning Fishron is like calling out the big fish in Terraria! You gotta get yourself a Truffle Worm first. These sneaky little critters are found in the Underground Mushroom biome. Be quick, though; they're fast! Once you've got one, head to the Ocean biome and fish in the water. Use the Truffle Worm as bait, and boom, Duke Fishron will come crashing in to test your skills. Good luck, you'll need it!

Honestly? Getting a Truffle Worm is the real challenge. Once you have it, go to the ocean, toss it in as bait, and Duke Fishron will appear. Fighting him is tough, but with the right gear, it's totally doable. Beat him, and you'll get some of the best loot in the game.
