Leviathan isn't a base game boss, buddy. You need the Calamity Mod. Then, slap a Siren with some serious firepower to get the Siren's Lure. Drop that by the ocean to summon the big fish. EZ.

Summoning the Leviathan in Terraria requires a bit of prep! What you're looking for is actually a modded boss from the Calamity Mod, not in the base game. First, make sure you've got the Calamity Mod installed. Then, head to the Ocean biome and find the Siren's Lure item, which drops from the Siren enemy. Use this item near the ocean's edge, and boom, you've got yourself a Leviathan to battle. Good luck, you're gonna need it!

Actually, I think you're talking about the wrong game. Leviathan? More like, check the mod list again. Only appears with mods, not vanilla Terraria.
