It's easy! If you get the role of Impostor, you can use sabotage options to mess with the crewmates. Just access the sabotage map and start causing chaos!
You can't really summon a saboteur, but if you're lucky (or unlucky) enough to be the Impostor, you can sabotage everything from lights to O2.
You don't 'summon' a saboteur. The game assigns the Impostor role randomly at the start. Impostors can then sabotage various ship systems.
