Did it last night! Make sure you have a Guide Voodoo Doll (dropped by Voodoo Demons in the Underworld) and just chuck it into the lava. Poof! Wall of Flesh appears. Tip: Stack up on potions and gear up; it's not a walk in the park.
Honestly? Prep more than you think you need to before summoning the Wall of Flesh. It's the turning point of the game, and things get real tough post-WoF.
