You can power the Moonpool by linking it to your base, and then your base power sources like solar panels, bioreactors, thermal plants, or nuclear reactors will do the rest. Can't have a poor Cyclops recharge in the dark, right?

To power your Moonpool, just connect it to your base with a Power Transmitter and make sure your base has enough power sources, like Solar Panels, Bioreactors, or Thermal Plants!

Make sure your base has enough power! Use Power Transmitters and place Bioreactors, Solar Panels, or Thermal Plants to keep that Moonpool humming!

You can't really go wrong with wiring up solar panels or a bioreactor to your base, then linking it to the Moonpool. It's simple and effective.
