Stock up on potions and food before entering the Mistlands! Trust me, the enemies hit hard, and you'll need all the health you can get.
Mistlands can be a pain. If you build a small, defensible shelter before exploring too far, you can always retreat and recover when things get too heated.
Here's a hot take: Ignore the Mistlands until you have fully upgraded gear from other biomes. You're just asking for a hard time otherwise.
