Easy peasy! Just log out of Pokemon GO by tapping the Pokeball icon, go to Settings and scroll down to Sign Out. Then, simply sign back in with your other Google account.

From experience, all you need to do is sign out in the game settings and sign back in with the different Google account. Works like a charm!
