Press and hold the sync button on your Xbox One console until the light starts flashing, then press and hold the sync button on your controller until it also starts flashing and they pair up. Easy peasy!

Just hit that sync button on the Xbox and the small one on the top of the controller near the LB button. They should connect like magic!

Hold down the sync buttons on both the console and controller until the lights stop blinking. Done and done.

Honestly, it's easier than it sounds. Press the sync button on the Xbox One, then the sync button on your controller, and they should pair right up!
