First, put your PS3 into Bluetooth discovery mode by going to Settings > Accessory Settings > Manage Bluetooth Devices. Hold down the Enter and Start buttons on your remote simultaneously for about 10 seconds. When the PS3 finds the remote, it should pair automatically. You're all set!

Just press Enter + Start on the remote for 10 secs while in Manage Bluetooth Devices on the PS3. Easy peasy!

I did this last week! Go to Settings > Accessory Settings > Manage Bluetooth Devices. On your remote, hold down Enter and Start for about 10 seconds. Your PS3 will detect it, and you'll see it on the list. Boom, synced!
