Super easy! Just tap the 'Aa' text icon when creating a story, type '@' followed by the username, and select the person from the dropdown. Boom, tagged!
Use the text tool, start typing with the '@' symbol followed by the username, and click on the correct profile from the suggestions.
Tap the sticker icon, select the 'Mention' sticker, and enter the username of the person you want to tag.
