Taking apart a Hot Wheels car without breaking it is a delicate operation, but totally doable with the right tools and patience! You'll need a drill, a 1/16" drill bit, and some safety goggles to protect your eyes. First, locate the rivets on the bottom of the car – that's what you'll be drilling into. Go slow and steady to remove the rivet heads without damaging the car. Once you've got the rivets out, the body should lift right off the base. Remember, patience is key!

Just twist really hard... jk, don't actually do that. Drill the rivets carefully if you want to keep all the pieces intact.

Honestly, unless you're super skilled, taking apart Hot Wheels is risky business. They're not really made to be disassembled and reassembled like model kits. Maybe just admire them from the outside?
