First, remove the battery cover and batteries. Then, use a plastic pry tool to gently remove the side grips. Unscrew the five Torx screws (one is hidden behind a sticker in the battery compartment) and carefully lift the back cover off. Voila!

Just use a pry tool to remove the grips, take out the screws (one's hidden), and lift the back cover. Easy peasy!

I have taken apart my Xbox One controller several times! First, remove the battery cover and batteries. Then, use a plastic pry tool to carefully remove the side grips. Unscrew the five Torx screws鈥攄on鈥檛 forget the hidden one behind the sticker in the battery compartment. Finally, lift off the back cover, and you're in!

You gotta remove the battery cover, pry off the grips, unscrew the thing (hidden screw alert!), and lift the back cover. Simple as that!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
