Take out the bottom stand first, then unscrew the back panel. It's a bit tricky, but with some patience, you'll get there. Just remember, warranty might be voided!

Avoid it if possible! Opening your Xbox Series X can void your warranty and lead to more issues than it solves.

Not for the faint of heart. If you need to open your Xbox Series X, I'd recommend taking it to a professional. DIY might be a bit risky if you're not sure what you're doing.

First, make sure you have a T8 and T10 Torx screwdriver. Then, remove the screws on the bottom and back panels. Carefully pry the panels off and proceed to disconnect and remove components one by one. Be gentle and keep track of your screws!

If you're a Xbox player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Xbox gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
